# General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

## Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in **India**. Any shipments outside of India are not available at this time.

## Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

## Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

You have **30 calendar days** to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at shop@empowerpeople.in with details of the product and the defect.

## Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

Empower People reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may cancel an order within **24 hours** of placing it, provided that the order has not been dispatched.

Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have **30 calendar days** to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
